ProFlow Academy provides posing coaching through this website and our mobile app. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ProFlow Academy.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. You can reach us any time at team@proflowacademy.co.uk.

ProFlow Academy is a sole trader business run by Mia Onwuna, and we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can write to us at Unit 6 Balfour Court, Leyland, PR25 2TF, United Kingdom.

Account details you give us, such as your name and email address.

The posing photos, videos, and check-ins you upload, your progress notes, the messages you exchange with your coach, and your app language preference.

Payment for coaching is taken outside the app through Calendly and Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.

To deliver your coaching: unlock your curriculum, review your check-ins, run your 1:1 sessions, and manage your membership.

To reply when you contact us, and to send you messages about your coaching. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your assigned coach and ProFlow admins can see the information needed to coach you. Coaches only see their own clients.

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase for secure storage and authentication, and Resend for email. They act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

When you send the contact form, we email your name, email, division, and message to our team so we can reply. We use those details only to respond to your enquiry.

If you join our mailing list, we use your email address to send coaching insights, division breakdowns, and word of new courses and dates. We ask for your consent when you sign up, and we record when you signed up.

We also email people who have booked a coaching consultation with us about similar coaching services. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can email us instead if you prefer. We act on it straight away.

Our mailing list is held with EmailOctopus, who process your email address on our behalf. We never sell or share it, and the list is separate from your ProFlow Academy account.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and its data from within the app, or email us and we will help.

Because we are based in the UK, you also have rights under UK GDPR, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to your coaching team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

ProFlow Academy is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.

We use a single, strictly necessary cookie to remember the language you choose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. Because the language cookie is essential to the site working, it needs no consent and there is nothing you have to switch off.

We do count page views on this site, so we can see which pages people find useful. This is done by Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not follow you to other websites. What we see is a count, not a person.
