These terms apply when you use the ProFlow Academy website, app, and coaching. Please read them, because using our services means you accept them.
By using ProFlow Academy you agree to these terms. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Memberships include access to the app: your posing curriculum, weekly check-ins, messaging with your coach, and 1:1 sessions where included.
One-off single sessions are the only service that does not include access to the app.
Your coach takes payment directly, through Calendly and Stripe, and confirms the price with you. Prices shown on this site are indicative.
Sessions are often bought as prepaid blocks. Unused sessions expire after the period we tell you at the time, so please use them within that window.
Keep your login details secure and do not share your account. The curriculum and content are for your personal use only.
Please give reasonable notice if you need to move a booked session, so your coach can offer the time to someone else. Specific notice periods are agreed with your coach.
Be respectful in messages and community spaces. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
The ProFlow Academy name, curriculum, videos, and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own coaching, but you may not copy, share, or resell them.
Our coaching is guidance on posing and presentation, not medical advice. Train within your ability, and speak to a qualified professional before making changes to your training, diet, or health.
We work to keep the app and site available, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, ProFlow Academy is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
